Your Tasks

 

  • Develop end-to-end retail sales strategies and execution plan to win in-store in MT/GT customers.
  • Engage BDF’s operation team with in-store strategies and align team action plan.
  • Be responsible for annual and monthly sales target setting, sales projection and budget control according to strategy & planning.
  • Responsible for sales achievement with growth (MT / GT) and market share driven.
  • Monitor in-store performance and solve issues in all channels.
  • Analyze sales data and customer/competitor insights by channel as well as collaborate with cross functions to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
  • Work closely with MT/GT sales functions to deliver excellent in-store performances complying with SCM guidelines (display, new news, OOS, tester, POG, NPD).
  • Build strong in-store execution (MT/GT) by leading, coaching, developing in capability and persuade BA. to sell NIVEA products to shoppers.
  • Build good relationship with MT/GT customers' operation team to ensure that Beiersdorf is the most preferred suppliers.
  • Support TRAX system in MT/GT customers.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor degree or studying bachelor degree in any field
  • Work experience in operations field at least 5 years
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Good computer (MS office, Pivot, V-Lookup) skills
  • Fluent English and Thai.
