Your Tasks

  • Bold and loud voice of consumers – understanding true consumer insights and transforming them into life through maximization of business plans and execution excellence strongly driving relevancy with Thai consumers
  • Accepts designated business-focus projects, complete assignments – both individual and team on-time in full and present final project during the program
  • Aspirational, drive for success and be a change agent to make a difference in ALL assignments in order to add value to the brand
  • Understands the overall purpose of the company, including the brands, customers, product goals, and all other aspects of Beiersdorf

Your Profile

  •  Completed Bachelors or Masters in any field
  •  At least one first experience (internship, working student, work experience) is mandatory 
  •  Maximum 2 years of working experience
  •  Need to be able to work and reside in Thailand as per labor law
  •  No relocation or visa support are paid for the program
     

Must-haves:

  • Strong verbal and written English proficiency
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Creativity and analytical skills to drive innovative solutions, such as creating native content for TikTok and Instagram

 

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with affiliate streaming or live streaming
  • Ability to act as an "Influencer," representing the brand on various platforms
  • Knowledge of skincare rituals (skinnification savvy)
