Your Tasks

  • Understand the overall purpose of the company, including its brands, customers, product goals, and all other aspects of Beiersdorf.
  • Accept designated business-focused projects, completing assignments—both individual and team-based—on time and in full, and present final projects during the program.
  • Propose both paid and organic search strategies for the Thai e-commerce market.
  • Collaborate closely with internal (e-commerce team) and external (enablers/agencies) stakeholders to execute both organic and paid strategies.
  • Propose a monthly glide path for search score targets.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of search performance, capturing key learnings and outlining next steps.
  • Revamp the hero image and secondary images across all omni channels (Watson, Lotus, and Big C).
  • Execute keyword searches for focus SKUs and new product development (NPD).
  • Implement and maintain sales reporting across all omni channels.

Your Profile

  •  Completed Bachelors or Masters in any field
  •  At least one first experience (internship, working student, work experience) is mandatory 
  •  Maximum 2 years of working experience
  •  Need to be able to work and reside in Thailand as per labor law
  •  No relocation or visa support are paid for the program
     

Must-haves:

  • Strong verbal and written English proficiency
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Project management expertise

 

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in digital/media management
