Your Tasks

  • Design lead (Technical concept) and project governance during installation, commissioning and start up for investment projects in our global manufacturing network.

  • Global Project Portfolio governance incl. steering’s of key equipment supplier

  • Development and deployment of global equipment standards for all production line technologies including joint development of new technology concepts with equipment suppliers.

  • Development of strategical areas such as Core Designs, Productivity, Asset Health Management or Project Management

  • Translation of future requirements arising from trends like sustainability, digitalization, or individualization into equipment relevant capabilities

  • Continuous improvement of the global asset base for defined in fill & pack technologies.

Your Profile

  • University master’s degree in mechanical engineering or comparable qualification with good business understanding

  • Several years professional work experience, ideally with processes for cosmetics production, investment planning, engineering, and construction

  • Excellent project management skills in an intercultural working environment

  • Strong leadership skills on personality level (self-reflective, inspire others, enable performance)

  • Strategic thinking skills; act with entrepreneurship; able to balance interests; result-oriented and performance focus.

  • Intercultural competence

  • Willingness to travel for realization of international projects (up to 25%)

  • Fluent English communication: written and spoken.
