We are looking for an HR Intern to join our HR team starting in January/February. During this internship, you will learn all aspects of HR within an international FMCG environment. From day one, you will shape your professional future and explore our collaborative culture with smart, courageous teams that all share one goal: developing the skincare products of the future
YOUR TASKS
Recruitment Support:
- Assist with job postings, CV screening and coordinating interviews;
- Ownership of the half yearly internship program ensuring that it runs smoothly, acting as contactperson for people managers and candidates;
- Assist with university relations, like organizing participation at career fairs; and for Belgium: analyze & set-up university relations
Employee Inquiries Support:
- Support with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, coordinating the NL Onboarding Day ensuring a smooth start for new employees;
- Assist with handling employee inquiries, escalating to the corresponding HR colleague if applicable;
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed;
HR Projects Participation:
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned, such as process improvements, policy and Employer Branding deployment;
- Support with the organization of employee engagement initiatives and events, like EUNA got talent;
YOUR PROFILE
- Enrolled in HBO or university studies in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or related studies;
- Available for 5-6 months, 40 hours per week (fulltime);
- Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to build a career in this field;
- Passion for the dynamic environment in FMCG and for our brands;
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch (verbal and written);
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
- Proactive, service oriented and ability to set priorities;
- Solution oriented and pragmatic, but with the right attention to detail.

- An internship allowance of 750 euros per month (full-time, 40 hours/week);
- You are entitled to 10 vacation days, based on a full-time internship of 6 months;
