Your Tasks
We are looking for an Supply Chain Intern to join our Benelux Customer Operations Team starting in January. During your internship, you will get a deeper understanding of the entire responsibility of a Supply Chain Department. You will learn how a Supply Chain Department of an international company works and gain practical knowledge that will be extremely useful in your field in the future.
As a Supply Chain Intern, you will mainly support the NL Customer Operations Team (responsible for Customer Management, Customer Collaboration & Customer Logistics) to reach a truly customer centric mindset. You will equally work closely together with Demand & Supply Planning, Logistics, VAS, Quality, Finance & the Commercial Department. Close collaboration with the BE colleagues to share best practices & align ways of working will also be part of your tasks.
Areas in which you will get a deeper understanding & where we are also looking forward to your latest theoretical insights, are, for example:
- Service Level;
- Efficiency (Cost) Improvement;
- Customer Management / Collaboration;
- Stock Management;
- Delivery Coordination & Optimization;
- Stakeholder Management & Communication;
- Process Mapping & Improvement;
- Systems, Tools & Reporting;
- Logistics (Warehousing & Transportation).
Your Profile
- You are finishing your Master’s degree in Supply Chain and/or Operations Management;
- You are available for 6 months as of January 2025, 5 days a week (2 days of home office);
- You are fluent in English. Knowledge in Dutch is considered a plus, but is not mandatory;
- You are interested in starting a career in FMCG;
- You have strong Excel skills and are IT literate;
- You have strong analytical skills;
- You have a proactive and collaborative personality with strong communication and social skills;
- You enjoy working cross functionally;
- You are solution oriented, pragmatic, but with the right attention to details.

- An internship allowance of 750 euros per month (full-time, 40 hours/week);
- You are entitled to 10 vacation days, based on a full-time internship of 6 months;
