We are now looking for a Sr. National Account Manager E-commerce in the Netherlands as part of our Benelux E-commerce-team, firstly starting as a sickness cover for the period of 1 year.

 

Your Tasks

1. Win together in the Online (BNL) market with the best skin care brands

  • Deliver sustainable Net Sales growth, focus skin care
  • Deliver profitable growth (GM%)
  • Win in market (VMS%), both Pure Player and Omnichannel

2. Win together in the (online) market and actively drive the business

  • Develop joint business plan per category incl. FY activation plans
  • Financially steer your business with an accurate and spot-on forecast
  • Further build on the excellent relationship with our key customers as one team

3. Manage your customers (amongst others Bol, Picnic, Flink) both on strategic and executional level and support Account Manager & Account Specialist with managing their customers to have a portfolio overview

4. Prepare & actively drive the yearly negotiation; focusing on improvement of conditions

5. Make sure all work is in line with national sales policy and compliancy (eg regulatory, marketing)

6. Visit Belgium on an irregular basis to connect, understand the market and professionalise E-commerce: once every quarter 1 day

 

Your Profile

  • Master's degree, ideally with a commercial focus
  • Min. 5-7 years working experience, preferably commercial (ideally Sales) and/or E-commerce experience
  • Basic understanding of e-retailer media
  • Passion for E-commerce & digital landscape
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (both min. C1-level or higher, advanced proficiency) & ideally a good understanding of French
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent relationship management & negotiation skills
  • Strategic & entrepreneurial thinker with strong results drive
  • Solution-orientated and resilient
  • Positive attitude with a can-do mentality
