Your Tasks
Main Accountability 1: Project Management
- Undertake specific process improvement and project assignment to ensure successful project delivery in term of business requirement, quality, safety, cost & time
- Manage design review process with all relevant functions
- Support and develop design, work plan & strategy and establish coordination with all relevant functions
- Regularly update project status and providing meeting minutes to all relevant functions
- Perform project risk assessment and develop mitigation plan
- Provide support during project conceptual & feasibility phase
- Complete project documentation, transfer knowledge to production, maintenance and relevant staffs, and complete/update documentations.
Main Accountability 2: Quality, Safety, & Sustainability:
- Ensure compliance to company safety, quality, and sustainability procedure & standard to promote quality, safety and sustainability workplace.
Main Accountability 3: Change Management
- Provide and complete project change control process and provide risk assessment document.
- Prepare and conduct process validation documents (IQ, OQ, and PQ).
Main Accountability 4: Stakeholder Management:
- Ensure effective coordination & communication with both internal & external stakeholders.
- Identify & prioritize key internal stakeholders and keeping them informed.
- Address issues & resolve conflict situations arise in the project in order to achieve project goal.
- Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships within project team and relevant functions.
Main Accountability 5: Other assignments
- The job holder performs other related tasks assigned by superior on a case by case basis
Your Profile
- Bachelor‘s degree of engineering or higher
- Experience in manufacturing related environment would be advantage
- Project Management Skill
- Change and Risk Management Skill
- Stakeholder Management Skill
- Good understanding of Manufacturing related requirements in term of safety, sustainability, hygiene, and quality
- Good command of English communication
- Good knowledge of safety, GMP, and HAZOP
- Experience with MS Office and AutoCAD
- Process & system validation and verification
