Your Tasks

  • Analyze data, think creatively and dream up innovative strategies to make sure marketing campaigns reach the right target audience in the most effective way possible.
  • Devise and implement strategies for using certain media effectively to attract and retain customers, increase brand recognition, and maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Execute the search strategy to grow the base business through search campaigns, tracking the results and proposing improvements to the campaigns and the strategy. 
  • Seek for ways to conquer new territories in terms of new keywords, new campaigns, new campaigns types, etc. 
  • Identify different trends and opportunities, optimizing not only towards media efficiency but also sales sufficiency 
  • Provide media insights to the e-commerce team to help accelerate visibility and sales online 
  • Work closely with local team to execute and manage/buy all digital media campaigns across all ecommerce channels and devices
  • Budget and billing control. 
  • Confidently execute and manage/buy all digital media campaigns across all eCommerce channels and devices.
  • Synchronize marketing & e-commerce campaign calendar to ensure synergized e-commerce marketing efforts that drives profitable sales growth.
  • External stakeholders (media agencies, enablers, platforms) management across the ASEAN region.

Your Profile

  • 3+ years experience with digital media buying and planning
  • Strong experience working with on-platform and off-platform ads
  • Utilize audience targeting strategies and creative testing frameworks to improve engagement and ROAS
  • Experience troubleshooting campaign performance and delivery, utilizing data insights to develop campaign optimizations and test strategies that over-deliver on portal KPIs 
  • Strong Analytical Mind Set
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Proactive self- starter. Able to keep manager informed of progress as appropriate.
  • Highly organized with ability to prioritize. Must be able to manage time effectively in a challenging environment.
