Your Tasks

• Responsible for the Employee Relation program, implement employee relations strategy and administrates the good relationship with employees
• Implements the Employee Engagement program and promotes employee experiences
• To be the employer's representative in negotiating bargaining agreements with the union.
• Lead and settle annual CBA process with Company & Labor Union representatives. 
• Stay updated on relevant ILO conventions, standards, and guidelines applicable to the organization's operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and diplomatically with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage and support of employees’ disciplinary proceeding.
• Provide advice and conduct labor and welfare matters to all employees along with supervising all company’s regulation.
• Arrange meetings with the Welfare Committee, prepare reports and follow up
• Coordinating with employee to receive complaint, and issue for finding solutions.
• Executing activities related to employee relations based on annual plan.
• Manage Leasing contract to fulfil operational workforce at the right HC and time.   
• Manage and provide effective support regarding Social Compliance audit for both entity and Leasing company.  
• Cooperate with other departments and HR team to achieve the goals and according with the company's policies
• Perform other duties or specific developmental projects as assigned

- ILO Regulations 
- Thai Labor Protection Act 
- Thai Labor Relation Act 
- CBA Process 
- Negotiation Skill
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command in English
