Your Tasks
STRATEGIC DIRECTION
- Define NIVEA Face Care and Face Cleanser Business Plan & Marketing Strategy in Thailand (Lead Market for ASEAN)
- Understand market landscape, categories, consumer, competitors in Thailand & provide inputs to Global & Regional Team for right portfolio development.
- Define key opportunities to provide insight to Global and Regional team to deliver relevant Communication materials for Thailand (Lead Market for ASEAN).
- Lead NPD business validation, identify plan to deliver top-down target.
- Identify asset campaign list, work with ASEAN team on communication development, be a key stakeholder to provide input/feedback Global and Regional team.
BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
- Drive and own annual marketing plan (PMP), annual marketing financial plan (ABP) and A&P for Thailand Face Category.
- Manage Thailand A&P of Face care, Face cleansing.
- Lead and drive the business with the entrepreneur mindset to achieve company’s goals. Be vigilant and decisive to make change in plans to overcome uncertain competitive environment.
- Work with Media & Digital Agencies to get the right media strategy, consumer journey at the optimized spending level that deliver business’s goals.
TEAM
- Set annual individual priorities for team members that are relevant to company’s priorities, categories’ priorities, and their own development.
- Align and set team members development plan and regularly monitor for the progress.
- Discuss and supervise for team members career development and opportunities.
Your Profile
- Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, and other related fields.
- At least 10 years experiences as Product / Brand Manager in multinational FMCG companies.
- Strong analytical, project management, strategic thinking skills.
- Have an experience in multi category product/brand management
- Very good command in English both spoken and written.
- A strong interest in skin and beauty care will be advantageous.
