Your Tasks

Purpose: Represent Eucerin to Implement and monitor hospital business strategy to achieve sale and build Eucerin’s long term business.

  • Developing sales strategies and setting target and implement strategies to drive business such as territory business plan, promotion etc and setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole

  • Regularly review accuracy sales forecast, monitor sales performance and supply needs from planning in territory area for reaching the targets and goals set for each area

  • Develop, monitor business plan on key objective and allocate resource (Eg. Coaching time, budget) for optimal impact

  • Provide in-field coaching to MPS, MR in order to positively feedback to develop their competencies to help them achieve sales target.

  • Maintain contact and strongly relationship with KOL, KP, KI and establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base

  • Ensure that MC team to meet agree sales target and comply with BDF code of conduct

  • Monitor MPS, MR and submit monthly reports commenting on deviations from business plan and customer feedback and market

  • Effectively co-ordinate and service with other function for achieve company goals such as MKT team, SCM team etc.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine or nursing
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proven medical sales experience = 3+ years
  • Sound knowledge of medical terminology and legislation.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
