Your Tasks

Purpose: Lead a respective or additional category with key responsibility to develop Eucerin hospital marketing strategy & execution plan and ensure the alignment of the strategic direction with other department in order to achieve the key KPI for respective category

1. Brand planning and implementation

  • Develop business strategic plan (concept, L & RL), monitor & analyze situation to adjust plan to gain more opportunity & pre-empt competitors
  • Achievement of sales, market share, and new hospital listing as per annual brand plan and objectives
  • Develop BTL communication & activation to ensure concept is embed in derm’s mind and gain recommendation
  • Understand doctors & patients’ insight to develop a strong concept and product proposition to gain professional recommendation in assigned indications
  • Works closely with Sales Manager to ensure alignment of execution with brand strategy

2. KOLs development :

  • Identify potential KOLS and build strong relationship with them to be brand consultation & brand advocacy
  • Conduct impactful local clinical studies to support brand communication and execution

3. Scientific lead for brand communication Co-develop training module/ MKT campaign
4. Plan and monitor monthly and annual P&L - of all marketing campaign, activation and assets in-line with given budget
5. Efficiency - Ensure forecast accuracy for selling & mini sampling item. Minimize any cost to deliver GM%
6. Managing operational & administrative function to ensure all activities are delivered efficiently

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical science and Master Degree in Business Administration or Marketing would be an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales/marketing of pharmaceutical/biological products.
  • Strategic thinking, strong leadership with interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly committed, well-organized and able to manage projects/priorities, positive attitude, energetic, result-oriented, team player, service minded and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong ambition for professional development.
  • Good command of written and spoken in English.
  • Good presentation/communication skills.
  • Computer literacy.
