Your Tasks

• Production Equipment design, production process, cleaning and sanitization that meet hygienic practices
• Development of organization program to ensure the contamination protection and increase microbial risk awareness
• Set up standard on equipment and product transfer system on good hygienic practices.
• Conduct periodic assessment on MRA of the plant including DI water, cleanliness and another utility system
• Coordinate follow ups on MRA assessment findings to ensure the CAPA and/or mitigation plan will be implemented in time.
• Establish Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) to ensure adequate, consistent and sustained hygiene status and practices throughout the plant. And MRA training and ensure its effectiveness to plant
• Provide reports, trend analysis or feedback to inform management of hygiene trends and to establish corrective actions
• Support CAPA systems; lead investigation activities, provide effective corrective actions, provide review of reports associated with significant microbiological & hygienic quality issues.
• Provide technical support to the new product manufacturing process, including review of raw material and finished product microbiological risk classifications, machine & equipment design, equipment train readiness, cleaning and sanitization practices.
• Review and/or approve validation approaches/protocols and reports for the activities that might impact to microbial risk such as cleaning & sanitization, DI water system to ensuring the microbial risk has been prevented.

Quality Control
The incumbent is responsible for microbiological laboratory to implement the reliable quality control of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products, hygienic aspects of production processes and environment, 
and DI water analysis and another utility system.
• To train and supervise the subordinates to test which meet BDF standards on-time and in-line with delivery plans.
• To find the effectiveness of corrective and preventive action whenever there is any deviation in microbiological laboratory

Workflow
• To plan the microbiological testing in accordance with the production plan and FG releasing should be on time to avoid missing service level.

Validation
• To identify validation needed and criteria of new / optimized processes and equipment to ensure that it is not affect to product quality and hygiene.
• To be a leader / co-ordinate with concerned departments for validation / verification and preliminary approve the validation / verification of the new / optimized processes and equipment in order to ensure that they are not impact to quality and hygiene.

Work Safety and Environment
• To ensure the safety of the lab staff by regularly inspection of the working procedure and workplace in order to maintain or improve the safety aspects.
• To supervise the lab staff to use energy and resources efficiently, and minimize pollutions to the environment

People Management
• The job holder will guide, support, motivate and develop subordinated employees and carry out individual personnel measures.
• The incumbent is involved in all issues concerning personnel policy and decisions in his area of responsibility.

• The incumbent leads, encourages, motivates and develops the personnel in the sphere of responsibility.

Your Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Sciences - Microbiology, or related field.
- At least 4 years' experience in QA/QC in cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry.
- Good knowledge of Quality Control of Finished goods and Microbiological laboratory
- Experience in process system and piping design and advantage
- Understand microbiology and strong sense in plant hygiene
- Good knowledge of cGLP, cGMP, QMS and cosmetics regulations.
- Knowledge of manufacturing facilities, utility system, machine and equipment's and processes
- Good audit skill
- Good command in English, computer, statistics and leadership skill
