Your Tasks
- The leader for MPS selling team to accountable for achieving sales and company goal to deliver exclusive business strategy plan for build Eucerin brand long term business.
- Achieves sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews business plans then monitor outcome to achieve business growth, sales achievement and company goals
- Regularly review achievement and forecast accuracy of sales deliver and initial appropriate action to ensure performance and supply needs from planning
- Provide in-field coaching to achieve business goal and develop their competencies ability to positively feedback, suggestions and leadership to personal development and motivate team
- Create new opportunity business strategy and activities in potential market such as in Premium Private hospitals
- Generates innovative for deliver key message, effective territory coverage and call visit by ETMS system
- Maintain contact and strongly relationship with KOL, KP, KI
- Ensure that MPS team to meet agree sales target and comply with BDF code of conduct
- Monitor and submit monthly reports commenting on deviations from business plan
- Effectively co-ordinate and service with other function for achieve company goals such as 3rd party, DKSH, MKT team, SCM team etc.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales within the healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in iQmed software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing industry trends.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
