Your Tasks

  • Lead Eucerin Medical marketing strategy, NPD for professional direction, concept and execution plan so as to drive Eucerin sales and strengthen doctor recommendation.
  • Monitor & analyze business situation with recommendation to keep competitive advantage at all time
  • Develop KOLs and DOLs to be strong advocacy for Eucerin. 
  • Responsible in all communication activities to doctors & consumers in hospitals (Detailing tools, symposium, clinical study, activation, master design POSM, packaging) to ensure all the execution is implemented effectively according to marketing plan.
  • Lead cross-functions to implement integrated campaign, align priorities for each category so as to ensure the implementation at point of sales level is implemented according to brand direction
  • Responsible for Eucerin Bottom line to deliver profitable result, and ensure A&P is effectively spent
  • Responsible for total Eucerin demand forecast together with SC, Sales and SCM especially for NPDs, to ensure achieving sales target, and minimize OOS & write-off.
  • Lead training team to develop competitive & practical training module & ensure all the training implemented effectively according to brand direction
  • Close connect with Global / EM Medical Team to ensure plan is fit to the market. Leverage strong dermatologist recommendation in Thailand to strengthen leading positioning.   
  • Design and execute a sustainable Detailing Strategic model for Thailand that align with ASEAN & Global direction.
  • Lead, coaching, develop competency and build marketing team’s (Hospital channel) engagement for better team performance and initiate adequate measures.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Science or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Regional experience is a strong advantage.
  • Proven leadership abilities, including managing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Strong fluency in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
