Your Tasks
Scheme Overview
The graduate scheme is a two-year program that offers opportunities for professional and personal development. Participants will work with renowned brands like NIVEA, Eucerin, and Elastoplast in real business roles, gaining real responsibilities.
The program involves four six-month rotations across different areas, including Brand Management & Digital Marketing, Sales & E-Commerce, Corporate Services & Supply Chain. There's also the potential for international exposure and leadership-sponsored projects.
Structured training is provided to accelerate professional development and prepare graduates for leadership roles.
Graduates will have the opportunity to contribute to community projects and collaborate with external partners on sustainability initiatives.
The Graduate Scheme is set to commence in September 2025.
Your Profile
- Beiersdorf is looking for candidates who have a 2:1 degree or above.
- You should live within a commutable location of the company's UK Head Office in Birmingham or be willing to relocate.
- Applicants should have at least six months of practical work experience.
- A high degree of flexibility, along with a strong eagerness and ability to learn and adapt, is expected.
- The scheme offers a competitive starting salary of £25,000 per annum.
