Task

Lead the execution of the brand strategy at the point of sales by implementing the Spanish Speaking Latam region SCM workstreams into local market, execute regional  channel strategy into solutions for the customer management, field teams and marketing teams. Ensure Picture of Success (PICOS) implementation by Category and Retail Environment. Work with lead market to communicate country needs and ensure are covered.

Planning

  • Provide input to lead market as needed. Apply PMP plan from Lead Market and adapt to country plan. Ensure that lead mkt workstreams are incorporated into CU plan. Feed targets, timings and resources into lead market. Identify workstreams gaps and work with lead market to close.
  • ABP/ Fast Start/ Business reviews: CU Category review and analysis focusing on Distribution, Promo, Pricing by Retail environment. Ensure that the process is robust and accurate, guarantee focus on areas and commonality and drive synergy. Feed lead market with relevant information for further action. Identify and communicate key commercial pressure points. Implement regional SCM workstreams into activation country, identify and close gaps.
  • Lead S&CM base business and innovation planning. Ensure that the assortment strategy is executed in activation market based on Shopper occasions/RE understanding maximizing distribution and in-store execution opportunities. Guarantees that innovation 'package' is executed on-time in full to all relevant activation markets

 

Commercial operations

  • POSM: Work with Lead Market to ensure that all POSM design needs are met, ensure that POSM guidelines are defined. Manage production and distribution process of CU POSM.
  • PICOS: Ensure that all Regional PICOS are executed within activation market. Develop commercial plans to 'activate' PICOS in activation market.
  • Pricing: Work with Lead market to ensure that there are comprehensive pricing guidelines per RE defined. Activate pricing guidelines in local market.
  • Promo: Follow and activate promotional menu options in local market.
  • Insights: Shares local insights with Lead Market, collects and understands cluster insights from lead market and  converts into local actions.

Customer Engagement Direct and Indirect

  • Presentations: Ensure that Customer Category Presentations (Innovation, Category, JBP, T2T) are complete for all key local customers. Guarantee that 4P Category Selling stories by RE are delivered for local sales teams
  • Engagement: Work with local sales team to map all JBP/ T2T customers and ensure quality contact for presentations - leveraging regional playbook. Execute all key customer programs for the cluster: CSR, AVC, Active Accounts etc. Ensure quality of output. Feed Lead market with data.
  • Performance Management: Have full understanding of Category performance by Channel & Customer for the CU  and works with CU Head to address identified issues and opportunities

Store Execution

  • Win the Shopper: Reflects content from Lead Market, feed lead market with scalable needs.
  • Trax:  Understands gaps, set local KPIs and feed lead market with data.
  • Top stores: Have full understanding of Top Store program, that correct resource and programs are in place to drive outperformance.
  • Field immersion: Ensure that the teams regularly do structured trade visits to verify retail context and collect information / insights about execution, trends and competitors
  • GE: Map and control of local SCM GE costs, feed lead market with data

Leadership and People Management

Develop a high performance S&CM team via:

  • Active role in identification and development of internal talent and recruitment of external talent to ensure that we have the right level of capability in place.
  • Coach and train S&CM teams, via formal training and informal working sessions.
  • Lead local meetings to communicate and deliver key workstreams and build a positive learning environment focused personal & professional growth.
  • Live and communicate core values in day to day behavior and actions.

Contributes and act as an active S&CM Community member to drive fast learning and best practice sharing and implementation
