Your Tasks
A Key Account Manager for BEIERSDORF (f/m/d) will take over responsibility for our customers in the skin stores channel in close cooperation with their Customer Director. Together with the customer, they will work on optimally staging our products in retail for consumers and thus seizing growth potential for both Beiersdorf and the retail partner.
- Define the strategy for the skin stores channel in Colombia, in close collaboration with S&CM, Marketing and Medical Detailing
- Working closely in a multifunctional Sales Team and with different stakeholders, such as Marketing, Controlling and Supply Chain
- Building and maintaining relationships with decision makers customers independently
- Formulating and implementing the national customer strategy as well as concrete initiatives to develop customers
- Realizing revenue, market share and profitability targets, with focus on maximizing sales
- Listing business drivers, distribution, handouts, and secondary placement
- Executing national and customer-specific marketing activities on- and offline
- Preparing and executing customer meetings and annual meetings together with their Customer Director
- Handling strategic sales topics in project teams
Your Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree with at least 5 years of professional experience in Sales/Marketing/Shopper and Category Management or in comparable functions
- Strong affinity for conceptual work and negotiation skills
- Assertiveness and self-confident appearance
- Analytical and strategic thinking
- Practical experience in negotiation and discussion techniques
- Must have experience in skin stores or any other specialized channel
