Your Tasks

  • Receiving and processing of incoming orders via SAP and Excel applications.
  • Processing of Internal orders (FOC) from BDF functions (Mass-market, Derma, Export).
  • Keeping active contact to the relevant contact persons at Logistic Service Provider and retail clients.
  • Creating Debit and Credit notes.
  • Preparing Invoices and Delivery notes in Excel for required clients.
  • Sorting out of discrepancies in delivery notes and preparation of invoices to clients.
  • Uploading and updating the Price list and the promo discounts maintenance in SAP.
  • Seeking regular update meetings with the Beiersdorf Sales Team, particularly with the Key Account Managers.
  • Close communication with the Demand planner, Finance team and Supply Chain team as well as all other BDF functions on occasional basis.
  • Tracking and analyzing the sell-in development within the customers.
  • Maintaining the master database: Entering new NARTs, adding logistical data into the system, adding customer article numbers, creating Customer accounts, hierarchies update.
  • Monitoring of OOS list and providing the information to the demand planner.
  • Entering the current OOS list into the Cockpit tool on daily bases
  • Providing support to Head of Customer Supply CU3 with ad hock projects/ reports.
