Responsabilities
- Maintains commercial relationship with pharma distributors and identifies new opportunities to increase the distribution of Beiersdorf products;
- Ensures the monthly delivery of planned sales figures;
- Ensures an optimal level of investment to achieve the company objectives;
- Manages the Beiersdorf products stock level, ensuring a limited number of overstock or low-stock/out of stock situations;
- Involved in the monthly process of volume & value forecast of the Beiersdorf products and aims for a high accuracy level;
- Ensures the agreed payment terms for the sold goods are respected by our partners;
- Closely collaborates with other departments, such as Finance, Logistics, Marketing, to ensure business continuity and achievement of company KPIs.
Knowledge & Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in different roles in Sales, such as Key Account Management or Distribution Management;
- At least 5 years of experience in a multinational FMCG;
- Strong planning and forecasting skills;
- Strong analytical profile, with great negotiation skills;
- Strong strategic thinking and adaptability;
- Good level of English;
- Economic studies (minimum Bachelor’s degree);
- Ability to persuade, inspire and drive fast decision making;
- High emotional intelligence / able to show empathy / manage relationships / see others point of view;
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships;
- Openness to travel for field visits and customer meetings.
