MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
1. Strategy
- Implementing the brand and category strategy for designated brand groups in the country;
2. Plans and Forecast
- Developing business and marketing plans and forecasts for the country, and excellently implement the plans for designated brand groups (DBG);
3. Pricing
- Implementing pricing strategies to ensure compliance of RSP and net-net prices within regional/global frameworks and initiate actions in case of deviations for DBG;
4. Product Campaigns/ Launches
- Implement approved global or regional masters and guidelines locally. Prepare recommendation for country “launch or no-launch” decisions of global concepts;
- Inform and excite Sales team about activity plan, support with appropriate communication and BTL activities;
- Collaborate with S&CM to create 360 degree activities, aligning POS with ATL and BTL communication;
- Ensuring Brand Connection locally is integral part of activity plans;
5. Brand Performance and Development
- Monitoring the brand and innovation performance (market share, brand equity, etc.) and brand development against sales/ profit forecast and budgets in the country with support from Finance. Seeking and ensuring assessment of brand business opportunities. Expert of country Consumer understanding and Consumer Needs;
- Providing active input into MU and regional concept development;
6. Data and Analysis
- Providing data and analysis of price, market and competitor monitoring within the framework of corporate guidelines into MU brand, innovation and category strategy and innovation pipeline;
7. Team leading, collaboration and development
- Collaborate with and lead external agencies and service providers, as well as internal MU marketing partners, S&CM, Forecast & Supply, and Finance;
8. Organisation & Process Management & Development
- Operate lean and harmonised processes across the country regarding Marketing activities.
REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE)
