RESPONSABILITIES
- Builds strong relationships with designated clients, ensuring monthly interactions and quarterly business reviews;
- Negotiates annual commercial contracts with existing clients in the portfolio and with additional potential clients, for both online and offline environment;
- Negotiates throughout the year the specific commercial conditions required for the Derma assortment;
- Responsible for planning and forecasting the budgets for the clients in the portfolio, in line with the current commercial contracts;
- Responsible for allocating and monitoring the budget for each client (Reduction & Trade Allowances) so that it falls within the objectives set by the company;
- Responsible for volume & value forecast for the entire Beiersdorf portfolio, with all the designated clients;
- Analyzes, develops and implements the sales and marketing strategies for the clients it has in the short, medium and long term portfolio;
- Negotiate and implement the price lists with the clients for whom is responsible;
- Supports the presentation of product launches to the clients it is responsible for;
- Prepares evaluation reports and forecasts with the evolution of sales for the assigned customers and through the permanent review of the internal Score Card;
- Monitors reports of products that are not in stock and addresses the situations with key stakeholders (internal and external);
- Ensures bi-monthly field visits, to understand market trends, competition activity and implementation compliance in the pharmacies of negotiated terms;
- Ensures online strategy implementation, with special focus on recommended assortment and online KPIs, such as unique visitors, conversions rate, value per transaction, etc.
- Monitors and makes decisions based on market data as well as information regarding sell-out / sell-in per client;
- Promotes the image of the company in relations with external clients.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Good MS Office skills;
- Previous experience in Sales;
- Education: University degree;
- Work Experience: minimum 3 years of work experience is required in account management.
- Languages: good level of English, speaking and writing.
