Your Tasks

Role Purpose:

Be the digital media specialist with a real hand on approach: Plan and execute all digital ecosystem for Mexico and CAM regarding Digital media campaigns, influencer marketing, CRM and AWON Digital support.

Main Accountabilities:

Digital media campaigns:

  • Lead Central America execution of Digital Campaigns.
  • Implement full-funnel measurement of campaigns.
  • Day to day use of our tech stack of tools like Google Analytics, PowerBI, Salesforce, YotPO, etc to ensure high quality data models, learnings, and insight generation. 
  • Continuous optimization of campaigns with Media agency.

Influencer marketing 

  • Build precision influencer marketing strategy for CAMEX and lead execution with agencies, influencers, and Derms-influencers.
  • Lead Brand purpose and Core campaigns for the brand with an integrated communication approach (Media, PR, Influencer, BTL)

CRM:

  • Build CRM strategy together with Digital Manager to continuously increase our database (leads acquisition) and conversion.
  • Coordinate brand managers to define the communication focus per month and emailing/newsletter strategy.
  • Lead the Product tester and R&R campaigns.

AWON Digital support:

  • Coordinate brand managers to define the communication focus per month for our organic RRSS (FB, IG, Tiktok) and correct execution.
  • Improve eCom user experience supporting the eComm team with Sales Visuals, A+Content, brand stores upgrades.
  • Continuous monitoring of our website’s performance (SEO, Landing pages, buy button, pharmacy finder, derms finder)

 

  • Work with Marketing, Medical Management and S&CM teams.
  • Ensure KPIs are focused on hitting ROI targets tied to driving revenue, building brand awareness & engagement, driving qualified, relevant traffic, and deriving consumer insights & optimization strategies – both through campaigns and daily activities.
  • Agency Management (Media, Creative, PR and Influencer mkt agencies).
  • Marketing Budget management
  • Keep up to date with the strategic digital landscape (consumers, competitors, technologies, etc.) and regularly shares this information with key stakeholders.

Your Profile

Knowledge, Skills and Experience: 

  • Industrial engineer, Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Relationships gratuate with a specialty in digital marketing
  • English Proficiency: Advanced 
  • Proven working experience (3 years) in digital marketing with demonstrable experience leading and managing SEA, email and eCom.
  • Expert knowledge of the local online media landscape, campaign measurement and set-up across channels, attribution, viewability, audience targeting, ad serving, and reporting.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, WebTrends, Google Analytics etc.).
  • Experience managing agency partners - both creative, digital and media.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Analytical, proactive and creative problem solver with a passion for telling campaign performance stories through data to inform future investments.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and territories to lead the development of innovative online advertising programs.
  • Experience managing and optimizing advertising budgets to ROI goals;
  • Innovative -comfortable challenging status quo, bringing creativity to problem-solving through the use of innovative frameworks and technological solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills - engage and influence multiple stakeholders.
  • Project management - ability to manage multiple projects in a fast moving and ever changing environment with maturity and foresight to cope with input and changes, sometimes at the last minute.
