Your Tasks

•Develop, adapt, and refine Master Data operational processes using lean tools and best practices to deliver customer outcomes effectively, efficiently, and with quality.
•Ability to identify and resolve data-related issues, and to develop and implement effective data governance strategies.
•Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and analyze business processes, identify requirements, and other opportunities for improvement and growth.
•Project-manage data-related initiatives and provide training and support to business users on data governance principles and practices.
•Implement change management across the organization, influence and make recommendations to the business on the importance of having good data quality.
•Monitor data quality, identify data inconsistencies and errors, and work with relevant teams to rectify them.
•Assist operational teams in resolving data quality problems with high complexity.
•Work closely with the business & IT to ensure alignment of master data rules and requirements.
 

Your Profile

•University master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
•Intercultural competence and fluent English communication skills spoken and written; further languages are welcome. 
•Experience working in the role of a data steward for a minimum of 3 years, ideally for a medium to large financial services organization.
•Hands-on experience with data management tools such as such as, SAP MDG, SQL, Python or R for data analysis, Power BI, QlikView and other lineage or data quality tools would be a nice to have. 
•A change agent; Able to drive and demonstrate progress with a view on E2E Process and Know-How in P2P, O2C and R2R. 
•Project management and Change management qualification or proven track record of successfully delivering added value to complex projects.
•Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
