Your Tasks

 

Lead Digital Platform, strategy and execution plan for total Eucerin brand and Brand campaign to ensure to effectively connect with target consumers through full funnel from awareness to conversion. 
Developing short, medium- and long-term digital strategy for Mexico.
Seamlessly co-working and aligning on digital strategic roadmap with Global and Regional Digital of Beyond.

Plan and execute all digital country media campaign, CRM and PR Game Plan; in cooperation with her/his pair on eCOM, the Mexico’s local team and regional agency.
Partner with key business stakeholders to deliver against strategic goals including the marketing and sales teams, the global digital team and local business management.
Ensure KPIs are focused on hitting ROI targets tied to driving revenue, building brand awareness & engagement, driving qualified, relevant traffic and deriving consumer insights & optimization strategies – both through campaigns and daily activities.
Use Google Analytics on a daily basis to keep stakeholders up to speed and to be able to react to campaign performance.
Own and help to manage relationships with agency media local teams with a focus on media and creative performance. Deliver briefs, guidance and budget direction to ensure the marketing team is prioritizing and executing on media objectives.
Steer and track CRM profile country growth building a profound consumer knowledge of our brand.
Work with local team to steer their eCom business and provide relevant assets & guides to increase their online market share.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Share best practice implementation and new findings with the global digital network. Including opportunities for social media content synergies, cross-market agencies, and innovative technologies from partners.
Keep up to date with the strategic digital landscape (consumers, competitors, technologies, etc.) and regularly shares this information with key stakeholders.
 

Your Profile

 

Business Administration or similar, with a specialty in digital marketing or a related field.
English Proficiency: Advanced or Native.
Proven working experience (3 years) in digital marketing with demonstrable experience leading and managing SEA, email and eCom.
Expert knowledge of the local online media landscape, campaign measurement and set-up across channels, attribution, viewability, audience targeting, ad serving, and reporting.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, WebTrends, Google Analytics etc.).
Experience managing agency partners - both creative, digital and media.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Analytical, proactive and creative problem solver with a passion for telling campaign performance stories through data to inform future investments.
Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and territories to lead the development of innovative online advertising programs.
Experience managing and optimizing advertising budgets to ROI goals;
Innovative -comfortable challenging status quo, bringing creativity to problem-solving through the use of innovative frameworks and technological solutions.
Excellent communication skills - engage and influence multiple stakeholders.
Project management - ability to manage multiple projects in a fast moving and ever changing environment with maturity
