Business Partner for CU & MU Finance and Commercial Teams through control and administration of all SOI lines, and coordination of the full

Forecasting Cycle focused on the delivery of regional requirements.

Your Tasks

  • Guide CU/MU Finance and Commercial teams through financial planning processes and consecution of financial objectives of the company
  • Strong focus on Forecasting Cycle coordination and delivery of regional requirements, champion of planning tool (TM1) and submission deliverables
  • Assure process communication within regional / global guidelines for CU/MU teams
  • Detect risks and opportunities based on data analysis and Can-Do monitoring
  • Monitor actual results vs. budgets with driver analysis / lead Monthly Business Review reporting and consolidation
  • Full SOI ownership (all SOI lines) for the 3 BPUs
  • Champion digitalization and automation journey for the MU (PBI App)
  • Weekly monitoring of Monthly Sales Outlook and reporting to Regional HQ
  • Daily Sales report (accomplished)

 

Your Profile

  • 6+ years of experience in Controlling
  • Advanced English (communication & speaking skills)
  • Advanced Excel
  • Desireable: PBI, TM1, B.On, or interest to learn, deep-dive into data management
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • High level of autonomy
