Your Tasks
- Management of portfolio
- Monitoring of the portfolio clarifi cations and reports with the customer commercial area, sales adminand warehouse
- Application of payments
- Follow-up of claims with customers
- Analysis of complemento de pago
- Forecast of collection
- Reports for KPIs, internal and external audits
- Audit reporting
- Follow up of the external audits
- Business review with sales team
Your Profile
- Basic Excel
- Focused on prioritizing
- High level of monitoring
- Oriented to detail and results
- Close to internal and external customers
- Work under pressure, schedule availability
- Experience in administrative positions
- Preferably knowledge in credit and collections
