Your Tasks
- You support users in whole Americas in the Sales Order, Supply Chain and Finance area
- You analyze issues and advice the effected departments on steps to solve problems
- You inform second level support teams about issues that need changes in ERP or middle-ware systems
- You analyze existing processes according to local and international requirements and support users in training / adaption
- You contribute to global projects and subprojects with a focus on waterfall and agile working methods
- You keep close contact with Implementation Managers to make sure that Beiersdorf guidelines are followed
Your Profile
- You have a degree in computer science or business administration or a comparable qualification
- You have gained first professional experience in consulting or a similar working environment
- You are experienced in agile and waterfall projects
- You have gained experience in the whole ANSI X12 message are
- You enjoy varied and demanding tasks in the project environment
- You feel enthusiastic about innovations and their implementation
- You have an international mindset and the capability to work in globally operating teams
- Your English is excellent
