MU Controlling Analyst Jr

Your Tasks

Role Purpose:
The MU Controlling Analyst Jr will support the reporting process for CAMEX (Mexico, CAM) which includes the monthly business review, the monthly sales outlook, financial reports and sales results. This person will also support the Controlling MU team in the monthly closing, quarterly forecast planning and in new projects related to financial processes.

Main Accountabilities:

• Responsible for the Monthly Business Review: preparation of finance and sales sections, consolidation of marketing, shopper, ecommerce and supply chain data, review with the MU Controlling team of the full deck
• Preparation of financial reports: FX YTD, Macroeconomics, off-take tracker, NGS to MII by subcategory
• Daily Update of Sales forecast for all countries
• SOP updated every month with actual Net Sales
• Upload of quarterly forecast full SOI into TM1 system
• Upload of weekly monthly sales outlook into TM1 system
• User support for Access and QV tools
• Request access through BITS for users regarding local systems: Bone, TM1, PBI
• Support for marketing and/or financial controlling in monthly closing activities
• Backup for MU Controlling in reporting processes: Monthly Sales Outlook, Accomplished (daily NS report), BASE (marketing budget tracking), approval of Free of charge, 
• Support in new projects regarding financial processes, e.g., Power BI launch 

Your Profile

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s in Finance / Accounting / Economy / Engineer Actuarial Science / Business Administration
• Advanced English (communication and speaking skills)
• Someone with a high level of autonomy who wants to learn and take additional responsibility in an organization
• 1 year minimum on similar roles
