OTC Sr will be responsible for executing collections to achieve targets, deliver service to our Internal and External Customers. Serve to some complex customers, and visit them as often as necessary. Also must be in communication with the customer to clarify disputes. Maintain constant communication with other relates areas (Sales Controlling, Customer Service, Taxes, Accounting, etc). Executive must have communication skills, mainly to interact to with external customers directly. Resolution of problems related with collection.

 

 

Your Tasks

  • Management of portafolio 
  • Monitoring of the portfolio clarifications and reports with the customer commercial area, sales admin and warehouse.
  • Application of payments 
  • Follow-up of claims with customers.
  • Analysis of complemento de pago.
  • Forecast of collection.
  • Reports for kpi’s, internal and external audits.
  • Audit reporting.
  • Follow up of the external audits.
  • Business review with sales team. 
  • Reporting support.

Your Profile

  • Fluent English
  • Advanced Excel  
  • Focused on prioritizing
  • High level of monitoring
  • Oriented to detail and results
  • Close to internal and external customers
  • Work under pressure, schedule availability
  • Experience in administrative positions 
  • Preferably knowledge in credit and collection
  • SAP Knowledge
  • Experiencie in Credit and Collection into consumer companies
  • Preferably knowledge in customer portals
