Your Tasks

Key accountabilities include:

  • Ensure continuous monitoring, analysis, commentary, and proactive regular reporting of SCPIs.
  • Responsible for the financial planning and forecasting process execution within the supply chain functions for COP and SCPI: coordination of planning process with SC function and with Management Unit local finance team, prepare bottom-up planning for SCPI;
  • Responsible for monthly financial closing and reporting of SCPI. Monitoring of budgets and overall supply chain performance, accruals, and provisions calculations. Responsible for ensuring that the group reporting requirements are completely and accurately submitted on a timely basis;
  • COP landed costs calculation: ICP, FX impact, Inbound logistics, VAS, Customs and other taxes. Forecast and plan/actual analyses; Verify and consolidate on MU level;
  • Consolidation of all budgets Prova savings and ensure that only aligned and committed savings are included in Prova (with DoC4-6) and tracking of savings in the SOI;
  • Act as finance business partner to Supply chain managers by providing visibility/transparency of Financial KPIs and financial expertise in SC topics. Cooperate with Supply Chain team on continuous improvement and target achievement of performance measures (incl. WOC, Scrap, Forecast Accuracy, Service Level, DCS, GE Supply Chain etc.);
  • Perform mandatory RCM SC Controlling related controls, support and provide information during external and internal audit reviews.
  • Being a nominated expert for a particular KPI/area and maintain a high level of expertise, drive initiatives, efficiency in this area in the whole EM region.

Your Profile

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Finance/Controlling
  • Experience in Supply chain/ Supply chain finance is an advantage                            
  • Strong communication and interpersonal/stakeholders management skill
  • Analytical skills, proactive attitude
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization structure and work with multiple stakeholders
  • SAP experience
  • Power BI knowledge is an advantage
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish
