Your Tasks

  • Responsibility for the financial accounting and closings of designated European Beiersdorf companies 
  • Coordination and preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with local GAAP (e.g. HGB) and IFRS  
  • Self-reliant analysis and documentation of accounts and financial statements 
  • Contact for financial and tax auditors 
  • Monitoring and reporting of VAT transactions and contact person for questions related to VAT 
  • Pro-active development and standartization of accountin processes
  • Participation in international projects, e.g. S4 Hana implementation

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed professional education in business administration or a Bachelor's degree with focus on finance and accounting 
  • 3+ professional experience in finance and accounting 
  • Additional accountin certificates will be an asset
  • Good knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) 
  • Safe handling of Experience with  SAP R/3 (FI/CO) and MS Office applications 
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • German and another European language (for example: italian, romanian) are a plus
