Your Tasks

  • Bring the NIVEA Master Brand communication to the next level (e.g.: social mission and our iconic products - NIVEA Soft) .
  • Lead the creative development of communication campaigns as single point of contact of the agency partner for product campaigns, and work closely with respective key partners in agile sprint teams e.g. brand teams, consumer journey experts, advertising production, regional marketing and agencies to ensure creative excellence, country relevance and brand impact at the same time.
  • Push for best in class creative work throughout all channels and find new ways to build our business and our brand at the same time.
  • Monitor external trends and developments in the world of communication and technology and feed in new ideas and continued best practice.

Your Profile

  • University degree (marketing, communication, digital or media)
  • Proven track record in developing and implementation of (global) marketing campaigns
  • High degree of digital marketing expertise
  • Sense of creativity, art direction, film, music and beauty
  • Passion for great communication in an international environment
  • Knowledge of brand strategy and qualitative and quantitative research techniques
  • A high intrinsic motivation for marketing communications, social media technologies and trends
  • International mindset, and used to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent conceptual and creative skills
  • Excellent English skills
