The CoE HR Digital, Analytics & Transformation at Beiersdorf AG is responsible for Digitalisation, transforming and innovating Global HR. We are looking for an HR Digital / HR IT Enthusiast with deep knowledge to join our team in leading the continuous development digital landscape. This is a great opportunity to contribute to our Digital journey. This position will be reporting to the HR VP: CoE Digital Analytics and Transformation, Hamburg.
Your Tasks
- Create and structure a high delivering and successful global organization to deliver goals of HR & IT through an end-to-end execution of HR Digital Strategy.
- Manage and deliver ongoing Portfolio to regions: Cloud Solutions, Data Analytics and Planning.
- Playing a key role in improving Digital maturity in HR.
- Establish appropriate governance on ongoing Programs and Services.
- Budget planning, portfolio tracking, cost saving ideas, demand management.
- Partnering with Services providers.
- Manage and develop a high performing team of approx. 5-6 people.
- Attract, coach, develop and guide talents to embark on digital journey, delivery services and projects.
Your Profile
- University degree, preferably in the business or information technology disciplines
- Min 10-15 years in HR Digital transformation field with end to end delivery of large scale and complex programs.
- Digital enthusiast, Profound professional experience with HR relevant Software.
- Having played active and significant part in large scale HR cloud platform rollout like ServiceNow, Aconso, SAP SuccessFactors or other cloud platforms. Experience on Service Now is a must.
- Experience and or certified in a few Project Delivery Frameworks e.g. Agile & Waterfall or Hybrid.
- Knowledge and experience in SDLC (software dev lifecycle) is a must.
- Deep understanding, knowledge and experience of Data Analytics & dash boards, proven ability to convert data into meaningful insights.
- Experience in one of few of these: Business Intelligence, Power APPS/BI Data lakes, Data Mesh, AI and Gen AI is a must.
- Experienced in Integration of various systems, APIs and other integration technologies.
- Compliance knowledge on IT, data protection, Audit & Vendor service delivery.
- Good to have experience in SAP SF with Employee Central, Other modules like Recruitment and Learning etc.
- Knowledge in global Data Protection | Compliance, Data Architecture, Job Architecture, Master Data, Access Management etc. is valued.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Excellent communication skills fluency in English.

Hamburg/Germany is the primary location for this position. Therefore, we recommend residence in Hamburg.
Our company agreement allows basically up to 40% of the working time in a flexible work location in Germany. The exact arrangement of this agreement in the relevant team will be explained in a personal conversation.
