Your Tasks

Become part of the IT team, that is supporting the Integrated Innovation Management business as well as the Artwork process of Beiersdorf. As a developer you are responsible for implementing and supporting a micro-service and Azure Function based integration platform that is connecting various internal and external systems in order to interface related data and ensure an efficient support of the business process. As part of a DevOps team, you are supporting existing applications and databases. You will be working in an agile team and environment, continuously improving the integration platform and other products that the team is responsible for.

  • Solution design and development of Micro-Services and Functions
  • Platform Architecture and Engineering
  • Development and configuration of API interfaces 
  • Development of Control- and Stagingdatabases

Your Profile

  • You have a bachelor's degree in an IT-related field of study or an apprenticeship in an IT profession
  • You have at least 3 years professional experience
  • You have a high analytic, diplomatic and structured skill set
  • You have programming skills e.g. in Python
  • You have experience with Terraform
  • You are skilled and experienced in using the Microsoft Azure tech stack incl. Azure Functions and API Gateway
  • You are experienced in using and programming databases (MS SQL Server)
  • You are used to work in an agile development environment
  • You are not afraid to challenge the status quo and you work solution oriented
  • You work to build the future whilst improving the existing – you love to think out of the box, you are curious and always keen to learn
  • You are interested to learn and master new technologies and techniques like new-ways-of-working
  • You love to collaborate and communicate within cross-functional, cross-cultural teams
  • You can energize and mobilize people around an idea, creating energy and momentum in the face of change
  • You are fluent in English (both verbally and written)
