Your Tasks

You are a motivated and committed student with a keen interest in marketing and would like to get to know the day-to-day work of an international company? Our Early Career Team is looking for support in the heart of Hamburg for exciting and challenging tasks in the field of employer branding and university marketing. You will have the chance to experience both HR work and professional marketing and work independently on various project topics. If you like to work conceptually, are both creative and analytical and feel like contributing your ideas, then we look forward to your collaboration on the following topics.

Your topics

  • Organizing career and university fairs, workshops, and webinars in the area of talent attraction for students and graduates
  • Collaboration in the development of new formats in personnel marketing
  • Independent management of various external and internal employer branding projects
  • Support in the execution of online recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Support and optimization of various digital Beiersdorf employer profiles and platforms

Your Profile

  • Enrolled in bachelor’s or master’s studies (business administration, marketing, psychology, human resources management or similar) or Gap Year student
  • First practical experience in (personnel) marketing or HR, e.g. through internships, student traineeships, etc.
  • Very good German language skills as well as practical English language skills
  • Your personality: hands-on, open, clear, and communicative
