Join the “Oscar & Paul – Beiersdorf Venture Capital” team and support us in investing into the future of Skin Care. Gain insights into the dynamic innovation environment of one of the leading FMCG companies, connect to the start-up and VC ecosystem and get hands-on experience in the financial execution of investment projects. 

  • Conduct interdisciplinary evaluation of new investment opportunities, incl. business model analysis, competitor research, etc.
  • Support the financial / commercial aspects of investment projects, incl. valuation, term sheets, due diligence, etc.
  • Support optimizing the venture capital process and governance
  • Drive the internal and external activation of our venture capital activities, e.g. website, events, etc.

Your Profile

  • Enrolled during the whole internship (bachelor or master studies) respectively internship after bachelor studies in preparation of master studies
  • Student with focus on Finance or Entrepreneurship
  • Strong analytical problem-solving ability
  • First experience (e.g. via internships) in start-up, consulting, investment banking or a VC fund
  • Advanced MS Office skills (esp. Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Highly motivated teamplayer with international mindset
  • Fluent in English
