Deine Aufgaben
Im Rahmen deiner Tätigkeit erhältst du spannende Einblicke in den Bereich der Global Financial Services (Process, Performance and Compliance). Wir unterstützen unsere internen Kunden in allen Fragen rund um die Finanzprozesse/ -digitalisierung & -automatisierung in einem internationalen Umfeld.
Dein Aufgabengebiet umfasst:
- Unterstützung des First Level Supports bei prozess- und systembezogenen Anfragen, welche an das Finance Digitalization & Automation Team gerichtet werden
- Administrative Aufgaben im Bereich SAP FI/CO
- Lösen von funktionsübergreifenden Problemen mit Local Finance und IT
- Aktive Unterstützung bei Projekten im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen mit Fokus auf Automatisierung und Digitalisierung
Dein Profil
- Du studierst idealerweise Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
- Während der gesamten Werkstudententätigkeit in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudium eingeschrieben
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Zahlen und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Gut organisiert und offen für agiles Arbeiten
- Exzellenter Umgang mit Excel und anderen MS Office Programmen (Power BI, Power Point, Word)
- Du hast Erfahrung im SAP-Umfeld oder bist bereit, neue Fähigkeiten zu erlernen und zu entwickeln
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch sowie fließend in Englisch, weitere Sprachen sind willkommen
