Your Tasks
- Microsoft 365 consulting for the entire Beiersdorf group
- Support and consulting on specific tools but as well on the M365 portfolio in general, best practice in particular in the area of hybrid Work and Digital collaboration
- Translation of functionalities into business use cases and vice versa
- Solution prototyping
- Being an internal influencer for Digital Collaboration (using MS Viva Engage / Teams / SharePoint online)

- Creating video snippets, tutorials and like training material
- Adoption and Change Management
- Change Communication
- Microsoft Roadmap Monitoring
- Supporting infrastructure related projects in the area of digital collaboration
- Admin Center & Monitoring, e.g. storage optimization
- Testing new tools and features
- Implementation review
- Supporting AI assistant e.g. Microsoft Copilot
Your Profile
• Enrolled during the whole working student activity
• Charismatic and strong communication skills in English, German is a plus
• Digital native with a passion for digital tools
• You take ownership, are a self-starter and think out of the box to achieve results
• Creative approach to problem-solving
