Your Tasks
As a member of the NIVEA Global Shopper & Customer Marketing team you will gain international sales & marketing experience at the headquarter of a leading global skincare company. We offer a fast-paced and fun environment, in which you will get a great deal of responsibility and independence from day 1, resulting in a steep learning curve.
Typical tasks include:
- Support on developing global campaign toolkits in close collaboration with agencies and global communication team for key launches and relaunches
- Data Analysis for POS communication researches
- Analysis of market / category trends, competitor execution, and shopper studies & trends
- Support on development of Digital internal communication for the Global Shopper & Customer Marketing team and own & manage the POS share point platform
- Preparation and organization of workshops, meetings, and conferences
- Close cooperation with country affiliates to collect Best practices, and lead to process of Global POS Award
Your Profile
- Enrolled in bachelor’s or master’s studies in business administration or related field during
- Strong analytical skills
- High level of flexibility and efficiency; pragmatic and autonomous working style
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Very good command of MS Office (specifically PowerPoint and Excel)
- Very good analytical and creative abilities
- Good social / communication skills
- International work/study experience and an international mindset
- Previous experience in Shopper & Customer Marketing, Category Management or Sales, preferably in a FMCG company
- Digital experience is a plus
