Your Tasks

As a Data Analyst support on our global ecommerce project, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our data-driven decision-making processes. You'll work across multiple verticals, including marketing, finance, and supply chain, and for many different markets to build and support an significant eCommerce data infrastructure that

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Support Beiersdorf’s Data department in the rollout of our global data platform, ensuring smooth integration across all business units (incl. identification of the original data source of reports (e.g. Facebook, Google, specific retailer API)
  • Steps to conclude: Together with manager
    • connect with respective market team (introduce and  collect various information during interviews)
    • analyse & understand data from various sources
    • document structure and gain access for further integration
    • exchange with and hand over to technical team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams at BDF and external consulting team
  • Various markets to be covered
  • Presence in person/office in Hamburg partly required

 

Your Profile

  • Enrolled student in relevant field (e.g. Business, Economics, Statistics, or related disciplines)
  • Good analytical & problem solving skills
  • First experiences in data manipulation & visualization using tools like Power BI & Excel 
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to explain details of data handling (training available) 
  • English language in writing and speaking is a must
