Your Tasks
Like many other departments, also our Global Legal & Compliance Department is more and more looking into the use of technology to increase efficiencies by automating standardized processes, but also to increase the quality of its daily work.
Are you interested in joining our dynamic and ambitious team and support us in driving the standardization of our global contract templates and its implementation to our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Solution within Beiersdorf, changing the ways of working with contracts throughout the organization on a global scale? Then, we want you on board!
You will support us with
- Identifying standardization and harmonization gaps and needs within the global contract landscape
- Creating surveys for the internal legal community identifying efficiency potentials
- Standardizing and harmonizing contract clauses as well as contract templates on a global scale
- Designing contract templates in a consistent and modern way
- Implementing contract templates to the CLM to enhance automated contract creation
Your Profile
- Student, preferrable studying law
- Enrolled during the entire working student period
- Strong digital and creative mindset
- Tech-savvy
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (in particular MS Word)
- Very good communication skills
- Digital native or enthusiast
- Good project management skills
- Very good written and spoken English skills
