Your Tasks

  • Supporting the Global NIVEA Brand Communication & Operations Team in the creation and management of production and model contracts
  • Support in maintaining, monitoring our global Rights Management Tool, as well as it’s further development
  • Monitoring and clarification of usage rights for and with the Global HQ NIVEA Team, as well as regions and markets
  • Management of international “Buyouts” and usage
  • Contact, management and collaboration of external agencies and suppliers e.g., model agencies
  • Cross-functional internal collaboration with Legal, MarCom and Comms.

Your Profile

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Individual to support us in the management of global production and model contracts for our brand icon NIVEA. The ideal candidate is highly organized, pays attention to detail and would like to gain an in-depth understanding of how rights-management is run in communications. We are looking for someone who has an open and inquisitive personality, who enjoys ensuring processes are upheld and finding quick solutions, should issues arise.

 

  • Enrolled student in a full-time degree program
  • Proactive mindset, motivated to learn, with a strong work ethic
  • Process driven and solution-orientated
  • The ability to work both independently and as a part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
