We are a dynamic team that develops innovative technical solutions for the Beiersdorf Master Data area. In order to make our projects even more efficient, we are looking for a dedicated working student (all genders) to support us in organizing meetings and workshops.
Your Tasks
Microsoft Office support:
- Creation of agendas and PowerPoint presentations based on input from the team
- Taking minutes during meetings and workshops
- Identification and implementation of tools for better team organization, e.g. Excel or shared Outlook calendar
General organization of meetings/workshops:
- Room booking and preparation: you ensure the right event rooms are available and prepare everything optimally so that all participants feel comfortable.
- Catering planning: You plan and organize delicious snacks and drinks to create a pleasant atmosphere during the meetings.
- Participant communication: You are the communicative linchpin who ensures that everyone is well informed and prepared through proactive coordination.

Your Profile
- You are organized, communicative and have an eye for detail
- You have experience in using the common Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- You work independently and contribute your own ideas to optimize processes
- You are flexible and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
