Your Tasks

  • Assisting the Category Quality Team in the overall tasks for the Final Finished Product Release process, including the documentation management of guidelines, trainings and working material.
  • You will be involved in several tasks related to our SAP based Fiori App especially around user administration, and general IT-support.
  • Support the team on the on-time handling and coordination of new product samples, including e-mail communication with different stakeholders.
  • Help the team as user for further internal IT-systems for  the handling of Sales Samples.
  • Data evaluation, preparation and analysis in Excel and PowerPoint and creation of automated reports in the Microsoft/SAP BI environment for regular KPI dashboard preparation.
  • Key user for tests related with Projects on IT-Updates on SAP and BI-Reporting
  • As part of your work with us, you will be able to participate in interdisciplinary project topics around the whole Quality Team

Your Profile

  • You are studying a degree in economics, natural sciences or technical studies (e.g. engineering, biology, chemistry, computer science or business informatics)
  • First work experience through previous internships/working student activities is an advantage
  • Ideally knowledge in the area of Quality Management systems but not a must
  • High affinity to digitalization issues
  • You enjoy solving technical challenges
  • Working with databases and data documentation
  • Knowledgeable  in the area of MS-Office 365 and SharePoint
  • Quick comprehension and willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Independent, structured and careful way of working
  • Very good knowledge of German (ideally) and English (must), both written and spoken
