Your Tasks

A working student position awaits you. You have the opportunity to get to know the human resources function from its practical and strategic side. You will help implement HR processes, coordinate HR projects, and support the strategic integration of HR topics in daily business. As a working student (m/f/d) you will support us with the following tasks:

  • Work closely with HR business partners in operational and conceptual topics in day-to-day business for the Regional teams (e.g. Performance & Development processes, Succession planning, Rewards and recognition, Execution of events & training sessions).
  • Analysis, coordination, design and implementation of various HR projects & processes across the whole Region Europe (for example, New joiners coffee, Employee Engagement Survey).
  • Managing end to end execution and communication of our CSR partnerships, in collaboration with external partners and teams across Europe.
  • Cooperation & coordination together with local HR colleagues across Europe.

Your Profile

  • Enrolled during the whole working student time in bachelor´s or master´s studies in related field (E.g. business administration, business management, sociology, psychology; focus on human resources desirable).
  • Previous experience in HR is desirable, ideally in a large international corporation (internships, apprenticeship, part-time work).
  • Good presentation and communication skills - combined with analytical skills.
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly and desire to improve, especially when using new software or programs.
  • Digitally savvy and very good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to work with different stakeholders and build & foster relations.
  • A high level of self-organization and ownership.
  • Openness to get involved in multiple projects/processes.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
