Your Tasks

An inspiring and cooperative environment awaits you with interesting topics from 2 worlds. Project management in Supply Chain Innovation and Knowledge Management / Learning for the Supply Chain Innovation Project Community. You will be working in an international, cross-functional team with exciting interfaces to Supply Chain, Innovation Management and Corporate Learning. Typical tasks include:

  • Support in the execution and steering of Innovation Projects within Supply Chain
  • Analysis, documentation and optimization of Supply Chain processes and Master Data in SAP
  • X-functional work with different functions in Supply Chain, Marketing, Controlling and others to bring our innovation into the markets
  • Create and maintain Learning Hub/ Global Onboarding pages in Microsoft Sharepoint within Supply Chain Innovation
  •  Administrate learning content in our Learning Platforms

Your Profile

  • Advanced studies in International Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or similar. Also studies with focus on Learning or HR welcome
  • Enrolled during the whole internship or in your Gap Year (between bachelor’s or master’s studies)
  • Previous work experience (incl. internships) in relevant companies
  • Interested in and knowledge about Supply Chain and Innovation Management
  • Interested in and basic knowledge about learning tools and content development (e-learnings, videos, …)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools esp. Power Point, Excel, Sharepoint, Teams
  • Intelligent and highly motivated individual with high learning agility who would like to pursue a Supply Chain or HR professional career path
  • Strong people soft skills and high maturity level on engaging with key business stakeholders
  • Excellent English communication in both oral and written
