Your Tasks
Wellbeing is part of Beiersdorf AG's Health Management and supports various companies at the Hamburg site. In this role, you will be part of a team and implement health-promoting offers for employees.
- Participation in the conception and coordination of measures as part of the Wellbeing offering at the Hamburg headquarters
- Independent implementation of wellbeing offerings such as ergonomics consultations, InBody measurements, active breaks or meditations
- Tracking and reporting on wellbeing offers
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in health sciences, sports science, business psychology or a comparable course of study with a focus on health/prevention, not yet completed
- Initial experience as a trainer and own athletic DNA desirable
- Hands-on mentality, customer orientation, service mindset, high communication and consulting skills, high empathy skills
- Enjoyment and openness to speak in front of the camera and in front of people
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Very good knowledge of German and English
