Your Tasks

  • Delivery of net sales targets, budgets, and other relevant metrics by customer
  • In conjunction with the shopper and customer marketing team responsible for ensuring the preparation of (by customer) a joint business plan that ensures the delivery of brand, category, and customer objectives.
  • Establish a strong working relationship with key accounts across all departments of the customer organization.
  • Negotiate yearly agreements with each customer to reach the targeted sales agreements in terms of amount and counterparts.
  • Conduct a regular review with constructive feedback for business growth.
  • Ensure that the organization gets a preferred supplier status through excellence in customer service.
  • Guiding, motivating, and developing the subordinated staff
  • Closely work with other Key Account Managers, Regional Managers, Shopper and Customer Marketing Managers and other counterparts in different departments
  • Prepare a monthly presentation for designated channel to be presented to the management team which include sales achievements, activity update and close out reports, distribution achievements, visibility updates and future activity plan for key accounts.

Your Profile

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Good command in English
  • Min 5 years of Sales experience in FMCG
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and partners
